#55 Thursday Thoughts: How Has Your Mental Health Been Lately?

What things have you been doing throughout this month to inspire a healthy relationship with your mental health? I have been journalling, reading, moving my body, and trying to stay on top of my work load!

  1. My mental health is in the crapper right now. Too many things going on and going wrong. Plus it’s tax time, I have to send my students back in 3 1/2 months and that is depressing in and of itself. My 6th wedding anniversary is coming up in a few short weeks and for some reason that is making me just lose it. I need 10 days in Italy.

๐Ÿ’Ž Shrinkage; adopting an approach of less is more…basically The Less of the Practicalities in 3DLife I Have to THINK!!! about The More I AM Able to Focus on My “Mental Health” and The “Mental Health” of Others; this adoption of Shrinkage also means I Have More Brain ๐Ÿง  Space to Muse on what Gaia, The Solar System, The Multiverse and Multidimensions ARE Going To Do Next in The Context of Empires and Nations that Have Risen and Fallen, Gaia is already shifting ice๐ŸงŠbergs around…the Safest Environments on This Planets Surface ARE The Oceans, home to The Largest Mammal on this Plant, The Blue Whale and home to Some of The Most Ancient Species like Sharks that haven’t Evolved for millennia even millions of years; don’t even Get Me Started on Hollow Earth ๐ŸŒŽ and Quantum ๐Ÿ”ญ๐Ÿ”ฎ๐Ÿ”ฌ Theory…in Summary EveryOne I THINK!!! a Human Extinction Event like Lemuria, Atlantis, Pompeii et al is Imminent; so I Do Wonder what a Post Apocalyptic Earth would look like after a Series of Massive Natural Disasters ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜ EveryBody

  3. It’s hard to go wrong with meditation, connecting in Nature and good therapy. Reflective writing and striking a balance with work, rest and play is so important for mental health!

  4. Hey guys. For my mental health, I’ve been writing as per usual and getting back to running a few days a week! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ Something I hadn’t been doing for years. Real positive endorphins going on! ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜โค๏ธ

  5. For me, exercise, meditation, and taking out time to do things that I love keeps my mental health at bay. Thank you so much for posting (and asking) such an important post ๐Ÿ™‚

I appreciate the kind of difference you are trying to make through such posts, I consider myself of the same nature as well. I have a blog here (https://thoughtsofahuman.home.blog/) where I write articles on our own philosophies, mental well-being, emotions and life in general. I also delve occasionally in thought-provoking short stories which make us think. Do have a look if you can!

    Stay safe and keep writing!
