Reality Revisited: One Day at a Time

Remember how Mum would always say to break things down, and to not look at the bigger picture. The bigger picture is scary, and so is a year. 365 days seems inconceivable right now, but you can manage one day at a time. Stay in bed if you have to. You don’t have to leave the house, you just have to get through another day.

As Told By Priya

For a person who epitomized life itself, it was a setback to be ravaged by cancer. A woman who was on her toes for most part of her day, it was upsetting to be confined to a bed. And, a lady who liked to dress up, losing her crowning glory to treatment was a massive blow.

As Told By Aly Kat

Mommy loves to tell the story of the day I was born.  As soon as I was all cleaned up and looking beautiful, they handed me to my Daddy.  Of course, I was yelling my fool head off as babies tend to do.  He smiled, patted my rear, and snuggled me close.
